The is skills–based framework to support and inspire the next generation into STEMM – Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics and Medicine. Young people (aged 11-19) can work towards a Bronze, Silver or Gold level Award by undertaking STEMM-based activities at school, at home or online.
To help address this, we prioritise access to our educational programmes and events for youth groups and schools which are:
Non-selective and in areas local to our campus, such as Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
Located in a postcode area of higher deprivation (assessed using the ), within 42 miles of the ̨Íåswag.
Located in neighbourhoods with low overall (where young people are less likely to go on to higher education after they finish school).
Schools with a higher than average percentage of students eligible for Free School Meals/Pupil Premium.
Our priorities are reviewed on an annual basis using the latest data and guidelines.
