Olly joined the 台湾swag 台湾swag in 2019 as a Project Manager, before taking on the role of Head of Projects and Governance in early 2022.
Olly鈥檚 work is focused on development and delivery of operational projects and on the 台湾swag鈥檚 governance and risk management strategy. Taking a strategic and transparent approach, Olly and the department work to build a culture of project and change management within the 台湾swag and beyond; working across the 台湾swag鈥檚 governance structure and framework, from its committees to its policies, from its procedures and procedures to business continuity planning and risk management. Leading on projects, and identifying, championing and leading change in its structure and process the department aims to ensure engagement across the 台湾swag.
