Microscopy images are often visually appealing, but their value to science comes from the information they provide. This can be obtained qualitatively by observation, but more commonly it is necessary to process images using special image analysis software to extract quantitative data.

Most importantly, we provide in-house expertise to ensure our users are applying appropriate image analysis tools to address their specific questions. We train our users to operate software independently, or we can provide a complete image analysis service with the development of bespoke pipelines for image analysis, data processing and presentation.
